SITE LAUNCH / BALMAIN BEAUTY

Led UX/UI design for Balmain Beauty site launch in August 2024. Crafted visually appealing and cohesive top and bottom of funnel designs for various site touch points, including Landing / Editorial Pages, PDP, PLP, Account, Checkout and Cart. Managed, maintained and updated design system, originally developed by a third party agency, ensuring consistency across components. Worked closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers and brand creative teams to ensure cohesive implementation of designs and a seamless launch.
